- Metastatic cancer segmentation using Multimodal deep learning
* Conducting multimodal deep learning on FMRI and genetic information data. Reserching preprocessing methods for each modality and investigating the concatenation approach to enhance the performance of the final model.
* Researching metastatic cancer segmentation using Graph Neural Networks(GNN) and Vistion Transformer(ViT) to enhance performance.
