My research interests lie in Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), Neuroimaging biomarker analysis, and Brain functional network graphs.
* It is hard to extract the representation features of the brain functional network graph with traditional artificial neural networks (CNN, MLP) since it is irregular Euclidean structure data. As an alternative, the graph neural network can effectively extract representation features of graph data.
* I’m studying GNN models for classifying brain functional networks of disease groups and normal controls. In addition, I’m researching neuroimaging functional biomarker analysis using GNN.
